Randy Misner, Executive Director and Founder
Randy Misner founded Ram Tech Corporation in 1999. Randy held various positions at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) from 1980 until 1996. Before devoting himself to Ram Tech, Randy worked in management for both Raytheon Aerospace and L3 Communications (at LEAD). Randy also serves as a Ram Tech board member.
Dwayne Burt, President
As Ram Tech’s president, Dwayne oversees the overall day-to-day management of all aspects of the company to ensure cohesive, quality performance. Dwayne holds a MBA from Frostburg State University and a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. Dwayne brings 30 years of private sector manufacturing experience to the Ram Tech team, having managed multiple domestic and international locations.
Greg Pasco (Major OD, USAR), Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Greg oversees Ram Tech’s day-to-day operations, with particular focus on active contract performance and client relations. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree from Shepherd University and brings 21 years of military and private sector managerial experience to the Ram Tech team. He is also a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and the United States Army Officer Candidate School (OCS).
Irl “Red” Hauman, Projects Director
As Projects Director, Red monitors the day-to-day activities of all our project managers to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise. Red came to Ram Tech after retirement from a carrier in civil service of more than 35 years and a 3 year stint as Site Manager to a large field service contract. He started his support to our country as an Air Force Crew Chief in 1969, working for the fighting 49th Tactical Fighter Wing, Black Sheep Squadron. Red reconnected to government service in 1973 at Letterkenny Army Depot as a machinist, then advanced through several opportunities to serve as Machinist Forman, Painter Forman, Chief of Support Division, Chief of Distribution and Storage Division and Supervisor over the reclamation and assembly of Howitzer recoil mounts. During his career, Red earned a degree in Depot Operations from Logistic Management College, and has been recognized with a Superior Civilian Service award and a Certificate of Appreciation for Logistic Support of Tactical Missile Workload.
Brian Quinn, Director of Contracting and Accounting
As Director of Contracting and Accounting, Brian manages all contractual and project accounting matters. Brian graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2002 with a Masters in Business Administration; he also has a BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University. Brian has over 10 years experience in project accounting, contracts administration and cost control for diverse government products and programs.
Jeffrey Fehlauer, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey manages Ram Tech’s finances, including accounts payable and receivable. Jeffrey graduated from James Madison University in 1984 with a degree in Business Administration. He has been a certified public accountant since 1985. He brings over 20 years of financial and business planning experience to Ram Tech.
Shirley Iser, Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Shirley manages the continuous process of recruiting, pre-qualifying, hiring and orienting all prospective and new Ram Tech employees. She also oversees employee benefits and Ram Tech’s administrative staff. Shirley holds a degree in Business Administration as well as a board certification as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR). Shirley has over 25 years experience in human resources management, working for both the government and private industry.
