Randy Misner, CEO/President
CEO/President Randy Misner is the CEO and founder of RAMTECH. He provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and annual goals. As a board member he enables the directors to fulfill its governance function and objectives. Before starting RAMTECH in 1999, Randy gained extensive experience as a site manager for both Raytheon Aerospace and L-3 Communications. Randy also served in various Leaders and supervisors positions during his 16 years at Letterkenny Army Depot. -
Carl Eshelman
Vice President Mr. Eshelman served in the United States Air Force for 27 years and retired as Master Sergeant where he was the Electrical Superintendant over the Power Generation and Electrical Branch in Martinsburg, WV. During that time he also worked on the PATRIOT Air Defense systems in Civil Service for the Department of Defense at Letterkenny Army Depot. Mr. Eshelman's experience in Government operations brings great value to the RAMTECH Team. His years of service when combined with military and civil service totals more than 37 years of personnel and program management experience working military programs. His leadership has been instrumental in operations both CONUS and OCONUS and we are proud to have him on our team.
