Randy Misner
CEO/President Randy Misner is the CEO and founder of RAMTECH. He provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and annual goals. As a board member he enables the directors to fulfill its governance function and objectives. Before starting RAMTECH in 1999, Randy gained extensive experience as a site manager for both Raytheon Aerospace and L-3 Communications. Randy also served in various Leaders and supervisors positions during his 16 years at Letterkenny Army Depot. -
Greg Pasco (Lieutenant Colonel, USAR)
Vice President As Director of Operations, Greg oversees RAMTECH's day-to-day operations, with particular focus on active contract performance and client relations. Greg holds a bachelor's degree from Shepherd University and brings 21 years of military and private sector managerial experience to the RAMTECH team. He is also a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and the United States Army Officer Candidate School (OCS).
